If you’ve received approval through The Lactation Network (TLN) or Wildflower Health, simply select and book the appropriate appointment. You will not be charged when scheduling. Hana Bloom Lactation will submit the visits directly to them for covered services.
If you are paying out of pocket, select the appropriate appointment and you will be billed on the day of service. For private pay patients, you will be provided with a superbill upon request to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement.
